Assembly line
Our R&D department not only designs products but also assembly lines. This allows us to master our product and provides a 360 view of the entire manufacturing process.
For more than 20 years, we have been developing our own production tools. The final assembly of the pump is carried out on state-of-the-art test benches produced by Gotec. Each pump is fully tested according to Gotec’s criteria or our customers.
Control criteria: electrical safety, tightness of pump, valve operation, self-priming and performance under open flow and maximum pressure, flow rate and pressure of operating point, and power consumption.
OEM
Gotec develops and adapts each of these pumps according to customer requests and applications.
Our customers are unique, and so our pumps are too.
Gotec has been producing electromagnetic pumps since 1964 and has developed more than 2500 different pumps to this day. We are able to create customised pumps specific to customer needs, handling up to 200l/h and 20bar.
We work directly with our customers to provide solutions more efficiently and to share confidential information simply with complete security. Some needs are sometimes very specific however, Gotec always has an adapted solution for each customer, even for small quantities. We have a large selection of materials compatible with most of the fluids used by our customers.

AIO 2.0

Our AIO (all in one) system is the proof.
The AIO 2.0 is a technological and economic improvement of the original AIO system. Like the AIO, this new system can also produce hot water at 95°C , but also it produces steam (dry and wet).
It is an ecological compact system that fits in one hand!
This product can be used in any type of application where it is necessary to heat or to maintain a fluid temperature or to create steam.
Coffee machine
Gotec develops innovative solutions.
In 2008, Gotec began developing smaller, quieter pumps with additional features : AIO (All In One) was created. The AIO combines three components necessary for the creation of a coffee machine: pump, heating and flow control.
Thanks to this new pump, Gotec was able to launch its first revolutionary coffee machine. In comparison with the various espresso machines on the market, the technology used inside this pump is ultramodern. It is quite the opposite of a solenoid pump, which operates at 50 Hz creating noise and vibration pollution. Moreover, heating is also different because the temperature control can be adjusted for each coffee.
This new technology produces a wonderfully smooth, homogenous espresso, with a velvety mousse and an extraordinary concentration of flavours, which emerges in the aroma of its bouquet.
